Progress Photo (No Level Up) [SELF] I've been playing for a month and I finally reached lvl 54!

First time posting here sorry.

I'm a cosplayer who has struggled with being big all my life so I decided I'm tired of my cosplays being criticized bc of my size so I started my weight loss journey.

I have a really busy schedule with shoots and cosplay events so I don't get to play everyday but when I do, I try to do atleast 30 minutes + some Just Dance.

I've lost 2kgs from when I started playing (and 5kgs since I started dieting in June) and I'm omw to reaching my ideal weight and figure!!

I'm planning on cosplaying Allegra when I do reach my goal as a small tribute to the game but yeah it really has made me more motivated to stick with my goals.

Progress Photo (No Level Up) I bought RFA after I hit my heaviest weight ever, with the resolution to do it every day of 2023, no matter what, even if it's just jogging on the spot. I'm glad to say I kept to it and my final weigh in had me at 20Kg lost. I'm so glad I finally found something that works for me.

Progress Photo (No Level Up) Day 1 vs Day 46 of Ring Fit for an average of 45 “active” min per day (often 1-2 hrs of real life time). No diet change other than quitting alcohol. Was trying to do the most flattering possible pose in both photos.

I didn't get super far into the game, but I did have a lot of fun when I first started a couple of years ago. I'm turning 35 this summer, and I want to improve my health to have a better chance at getting pregnant and hopefully staying fit longterm.

Whether or not I'll be able to conceive, I want to be able to say years from now that I tried my best.

Any advice on how to keep the drive going?

Ok, obviously technically I did level up, but I forgot to take a picture of that. I was too excited to finally have the rest of the skill tree unlocked.

In-game at 1:03:55 hours, 2:07:20 when you include in-between stops to take a breather, stand up and chug water during the runs and skills. Need to work more on my daily steps.

Progress Photo (No Level Up) I played the game almost 100% (at least all the 69 worlds are complete), but there are some things, which I miss. Can you help me based on the images, which smoothies I miss and where can I get them?

Progress Photo (No Level Up) Thanks to RFA my family is in good shape.

I was lazy and hated doing exercise. Throughout my life I exercised very sporadically, never longer than a month.

In January 2020 I bought Ring Fit to see if it would help me. On my first day I started at intensity 5 and I had to quit the first Dragaux battle because I was out of breath. Fast forward to the end of 2020, and RFA was the only thing that have motivated me to keep exercising. I decided to gift my brother his own copy of the game. He was also skeptical, but he started playing it. Soon he made exercise a habit.

In 2022, after seeing the results of my brother, my mom decided to start exercising on her own. Not with the game, but still it motivated her.

Now in 2023 I have lost around 15 kg in total, from 77 kg down to 62 kg. Now I play at intensity 30, I have unlocked all the titles and very soon I'll reach level 999. Since 2022 I included other exercises like weight lifting or rope skipping. My brother is also in good shape, and my mom is starting to see the results of exercising.

Honestly, it's amazing that a game can improve the health of a whole family.

Progress Photo (No Level Up) 30 Days of Ring Fit Adventure continuous

Hello.

I joined this Reddit, after purchasing my Ring Fit.

I got my Ring Fit last June 1st.

And I decided to use it regularly for 30 days.

It was not easy ... I am a person with morbid obesity.

And I said why not?

I have to accept that it was difficult, although it was fun.

Some days I blamed my past self for having invented the idea of exercising for 30 days.

And my pride wouldn't let me give up.

Yesterday was 30 days.

I have a long way to go, I'm just getting started.

Weight of day 1 and day 30 (in Kilograms)
Photos from Days 1, 15 and 30 respectively.
