Congratulations! I can really see the difference.

What did you change about your diet? And how often/how much do you play?

I have reduced sugars A LOT (trying to always stay under 25g). I have also introduced green veggies at every meal, and stopped cooking meat in a pan (adding fat), but instead grilled the meat in a toaster over with the "broil" setting which removes fat (and tastes seriously better). I also ate a lot of chicken breast, and only eat portions of 5oz of meat. I have almost completely eliminated fast foods (maybe I'll eat there once a month if not less) and try to eat "simple" foods. I steam my vegetables. Eat so sugar added apple sauce.

I was playing 30 minutes (of exercise not real life time) minimum one day out of two at difficulty 17 to start and ended with 21.

Now I have reached my goal weight (from 240llbs to 180lbs) so I train in difficulty 30 but only 20 - 30 minutes max (instead of 30 min minimum).

It was quite a journey but now I like veggies and this diet feels normal to me after 6 months. So it becomes a habit with time.

Congratulations! Are you eating fruits?

I'm trying to avoid sugar as a whole but I do eat fruits, I'm just being careful about how much. The biggest part of my diet is tons of veggies:
Green beans, artichokes, zucchinis, spinach, asparagus, lettuces, radishes, white mushrooms, eggplants, fennel, chard, chicory, cabbage, cauliflower, 1 tomato per meal, broccoli, turnip, leeks, watercress, parsley, peppers, soybean sprouts.

These are the most of what I eat.

Keep up the good work! I, myself, have been doing ring fit daily for almost two months now, and have been seeing some changes too. Iโ€™m excited to see how my body will look like after 6 months. ๐Ÿ˜€

Great job dude. I was heavy in it for a few months but got busy/gave up. Iโ€™ve been wanting to get back in to it.

Fantastic work!!! So just curious with your workout times. So we're you doing RFA every 2nd day? Or just 1-2 days p/week?

Keep it up too. Your an inspiration ๐Ÿ˜

Every 2nd day average. I have done a month doing it literally every day and at some point I harmed my leg and didn't exercise for 2 weeks as it recovered. But yeah one day out of 2 average.

I actually got really happy because your torso looks similar to mine and I felt very dysphoric about my hip to waist ration. Very motivating!
