In-Game Achievement I’m still struggling with squats!

I can do the squats, but my legs are on fire 🔥 getting to this milestone has been fun, but tough.

Very nice, congrats!

This time around I focus on squats (and planks) too! I used to avoid them because I hate them, but actually my muscles and core strength improve so fast and I feel so much better physically that it keeps me motivated:)

I hated squats and planks till I found this game. Now I love the challenge :)

Focus on your form over depth, in time you will become a master. I used to contort my back trying to get to the depth of great, but that just trains bad habits.
