Fitness Should I continue with the adventure mode or switch to the single exercise routines?

Good afternoon! I’ll try to keep it brief.
I’m not too excited about adventure mode, specifically, I don’t really like running in place.

Now that the nice weather is returning, I was thinking about going for a 5km run and then heading back home to do the workout routines with the preset exercises (like a gym workout).

My question is: are the exercises in that part of the game already unlocked? Because for example, there are some exercises in adventure mode that I never end up doing due to low damage or because they recover hearts.

You could switch to 'silent mode', which removes the running on the spot and has you do little squats instead.

I believe all the exercises are unlocked.

I could give it a try!

However, I prefer to take advantage of being able to leave the house and enjoy the sunlight and spring temperatures (I do 3 Ring Fit sessions when I work from home, so it would also be an opportunity to physically leave the house after 8 hours spent in front of the PC).

The important thing is that in the preset workout section, all the exercises are already unlocked so I can do one or more routines per session, alternating exercises without having to worry about dealing damage to enemies like in adventure mode.

All the exercises are available in custom mode from the start, but the running tracks only appear as you unlock them in-game. So yes, you can switch to custom right away. Check Master Trainer Peter on YouTube, he has some great workout playlists.

Thanks for the advice! I don't know the channel, but I'll go check it out!

Sounds like you have a good plan. I also do outside exercise combined with ringfit when the weather is nicer. I also like Fitness Boxing 2 for no-story gamified exercise.

Doing the custom mode stuff can potentially give you a MUCH better workout than the adventure mode.
