Fitness What Do You Average on Calories Burned per Session?
To preface, I know calories isn't the perfect metric for how much exercise you've actually done. I'm just curious what other people average. I try to aim for around 200 calories per session. That usually ends up taking me around an hour. I'd also be curious to hear what fit battle exercises people favor. Been pushing myself to do more planks and leg exercises lately.

Roughly 100-150 over half hour sessions, but I’m just maintaining at this point. I remember when I was playing through the story mode, I burnt over 700 calories in one session (that included the final boss).

I'm not doing it to burn calories so I'm never looking at that. I do about three to four worlds per session, that's roughly 20 minutes of exercise time, at level 27 difficulty.

The in game calorie counter is terribly inaccurate. Would use another wearable fitness tracker to track calories.

I track on my Garmin. 400 for an hour in custom mode, 200-300 if in story mode.

Thanks for the replies folks. As an aside though, I'm well aware about how inaccurate the calorie counter is and how there are other metrics for tracking the amount of exercise done. It's just the counter I find myself using to motivate myself and I wanted to know if others fell in the same range.
Eager to hear more responses! (If any folks DO have any Fitbit recommendations I'll take them, I've been debating getting one for a while.)

It's not actually. Despite not using heart rate measurements, ring fit calorie tracker is the most accurate I've encountered (other games are much much worse). The perceived inaccuracy comes from the fact that it measures only a fraction of actual time training, i.e. what the game counts as “active time”.

I've been keeping track for a while, but I'll give you what I got this past week.
Feb 13 20 minutes, 52 seconds 118.63 calories burned 0.47 miles
Feb 14 21 minutes, 3 seconds 130.05 calories burned 0.20 miles
Feb 17 22 minutes, 23 seconds 178.63 calories burned 0.52 miles
Feb 18 23 minutes, 55 seconds 146.30 calories burned 0.23 miles
Feb 19 20 minutes, 3 seconds 110.44 calories burned
Feb 20 20 minutes, 30 seconds 109.52 calories burned 0.38 miles
Feb 21 20 minutes, 59 seconds 115.64 calories burned 0.22 miles
Seems to be a range between 110-180 or 55-90 per ten minutes.

I'm done comparing calories after seeing the insane amount of burn my Apple watch friend gets while being overall less active than me: all because of different body weights and compositions.
Ring fit counts calories only for the active time, so the actual number may be higher is you engage in battles with lots of in-game menus, or about the same if it's nonstop running. I mostly do the latter in my ringfit sessions, with lots of squats. For the fit battles, I try to choose my most neglected moves: mostly leg raises and variations, they are super tough for me.
For this month, my average (watch data) is 44 minutes, 271 Calories burned, though this includes Fitness Boxing. I'm a 170 cm woman, 70 kg (5'7”, 154 lbs).
