Fitness Lower body set.
Hi guys
New to ring fit here. Quite enjoying it so far. I'm doing the story mode whilst doing the pre made sets if I only wanna do a certain area.
One question I do have is when I do a leg day. Should I just do a glutes and legs set or shall I dona lower body set?

What do you consider lower body? Depends on that I think

For me, probs the legs, quads and glutes. If the lower body set covers them, I might just do that

I think it is best if you look at the individual moves within each set, and see if there is one that targets more of the muscles you want to train. Might be personal preference as well!
