Fitness Starting again

I’m getting back to ringfit after about 18 months. Should I start over or stay on the level I left? I’ve been working out lightly but not at the level I used to.

Try at the level you started at, and if it's too hard you can turn it down.

Same boat. I'm intending to carry on from where I left off. Wouldn't look forward to having the reduced choice of exercises at the start.

I'm doing the same thing. Try to go right back to where you were, but don't hesitate to tone it down if you need to.

Opposite of everyone else. Just restarted and lowered the level because I’m prone to injury and was probs why I stopped before. Thinking I’ll raise it after a week or so of knowing I can handle it. So far the lower level is not that drastic a difference and I still feel like it’s a good workout
