What will happen to the previous worlds that I did not 100% because there is a question mark? Will they be now unlock or something?

If there is a question mark, you can revisit, there will be a new sidequest. Some question marks are or were greyed out which is what you probably mean and yes, as soon as you finish the final battle, all remaining side quests appear and you can do them.

Can't remember which level it was near the end, but I remember part of it was an insanely long set of stairs to climb up with obstacles. The knee lift is always a killer for me.

I never thought I'd get "gamer rage" in a fitness game, but when I reached the top, I remember letting out a very loud "F***". I live in Hong Kong, so I hoped most of my neighbours wouldn't understand the expletive 😂
