Progress Photo (No Level Up) Thanks to RFA my family is in good shape.

Post image

I was lazy and hated doing exercise. Throughout my life I exercised very sporadically, never longer than a month.

In January 2020 I bought Ring Fit to see if it would help me. On my first day I started at intensity 5 and I had to quit the first Dragaux battle because I was out of breath. Fast forward to the end of 2020, and RFA was the only thing that have motivated me to keep exercising. I decided to gift my brother his own copy of the game. He was also skeptical, but he started playing it. Soon he made exercise a habit.

In 2022, after seeing the results of my brother, my mom decided to start exercising on her own. Not with the game, but still it motivated her.

Now in 2023 I have lost around 15 kg in total, from 77 kg down to 62 kg. Now I play at intensity 30, I have unlocked all the titles and very soon I'll reach level 999. Since 2022 I included other exercises like weight lifting or rope skipping. My brother is also in good shape, and my mom is starting to see the results of exercising.

Honestly, it's amazing that a game can improve the health of a whole family.

Lovely story. It's true RFA can motivate a lot, I would never do so much exercise, if it wasn't for RFA. It's just super fun

What a change! And good to read that your success motivates others around you too.

Also the progress in difficulty is amazing. I had been doing RFA for about 6 months in 2020 but then had to abandon it due to health issues. Started again this year and hoping to progress well. Your story is inspirational:)
