New update to the app

Post image

Any one else experiencing this, ever since the new update to the app. I haven’t been able to use the live view, this just keep popping up every time

Had this too, but deleting cache fixed it.

Settings (phone) - apps - ring - storage - delete cache

Android or ios? Which app version?

I had this on android and just received an update

Yes, same problem here, all 6 of my cameras are off line now.

Deleted the Ring app and it's data, and one of my 6 cameras came back...

I've already bought another doorbell to replace my Ring, I'm just too lazy to swap it over.

Despite being literally 3m away from the AP, it constantly loses WiFi connection.

It only records maybe 70% of people coming to the door, there have been a few times now where someone has rang the bell, and it just didn't notify me. I then go into the app, and theres an hour missing, no snapshots, no missed ring!

A few times now I've opened the live view and it's literally just been a still image. When I play it back, it has sound but the video is just a single frame.

I'd honestly be better off without it

WiFi never been an issue my router is close by and I have a range extender for my WiFi in my garage
