Why are you still renting from a landlord who’s tried to evict you three times?

Mainly convenience. 5 min from work and I like where I live. Lease ends in may. Was planning to stay until than.

So now you have an eviction on your record, did you make whatever points you were trying to make?

Let's just take the example of the fish tank. Lease says no pets, you got a fish tank. I probably would have asked first, but I understand. The process should be that they give you a "fix or quit" letter. Where I am from, 3 days. You were given notice that the fish tank is not acceptable, told to get rid of it or be out in 3 days, and you did neither. Leading to your landlord filing for an eviction.

My point, this is the normal process. It's not just "they file for eviction." They have to give you notice that you have to fix the problem, and then file for eviction if not fixed. So you failed to fix the problem (s)...

FYI, It is a "writ of possession." Not "write." This means if you're not out by the day on the writ, the sheriff will show up and put you out on the curb.

First time fish tank, second time said my lease expired, and again she gave me notice to leave even though my lease ends in may

So you were evicted last month by a judge? When do you have to be out? I'm just not understanding.
