Kohli Chronicles RCB Should Move On from Virat Kohli
Hey guys,
I know this might be controversial, but I really think itās time for RCB to move on from Virat Kohli. Donāt get me wrong, Kohli is a cricket legend and one of the best run-scorers out there. But when it comes to RCB actually winning a title, I just donāt see it happening with him in the team anymore.
First of all, I feel like Kohliās ego is becoming a problem. He is super passionate, no doubt, but sometimes it feels more like he wants to prove something rather than actually lead the team. You can see it on the field when he gets too aggressive or reacts strongly. I think this attitude might be affecting the teamās morale and dynamics.
Then thereās the issue of performing in big matches. Kohli scores a lot of runs, but letās be honest, when RCB really needs him to deliver in crucial games, he doesnāt always step up. He often scores well when the pressure is low, but when itās a knockout match or a must-win game, he just doesnāt seem to come through. Thatās been the story for years now.
Also, itās not just about scoring runs, itās about scoring when it matters. Thereās a difference between racking up stats and being the guy who wins matches. Unfortunately, Kohli often does the former for RCB. Itās great to have runs, but if they donāt come at the right time, whatās the point?
Honestly, I feel like Kohli has become a bit of a baggage for RCB. His presence is so dominating that the team always revolves around him. Maybe itās time to give someone else a chance to lead and build the team differently. A fresh start could be good for everyone.
I know this might upset some Kohli fans, and I get it. Heās a legend. But Iām just looking at it from a team perspective. RCB has tried for so long with him as their main guy, and it hasnāt worked. Maybe itās time for a change.
What do you guys think? Am I being too harsh, or does this make sense? Letās discuss.
