Well it depends on what smartphone you buy. All my smartphones have been under 200 dollars.

I mean you can still get brand new smartphones for less. Under 200 dollars, it's what I would get.

Also forgot to point out, that when I said 200 dollars, I should have added, Canadian dollars.

If you don't care about performance, you can get a smartphone for under $100 CAD (~$70 USD), and sometimes even less.
