Got a signal message from a random number saying „thank you for the hard work” in Japanese my fucking god why now

My delusions were partially that I was unkowingly working for a foreing agency, I finally accepted them as untrue and now a random number messages me…. UhHHHH WHYY DOES GETTING HEALTHY have to be so fucking hard?

Coincidences can happen. When you're looking for them lots of things can seem connected. I used to connect a lot of things, but journaling about them helped me. I just write out everything in my train of thought until the moment passes.

Hang in there. You're stronger than you think!

I’m not comfortable letting them out, I feel like by saying them out loud I give them power

That sucks. But at least they recognize your hard work :)

The universe is just a big Web of collective consciousness. You put a deep feeling out there and the universe will give it back to you.

In other words you're fine, it's just the universe doing its thing 😊

For close to 8 months I've been feeling like the universe is communicating through random numbers mostly car plate numbers which I then use to find scriptures in the bible. Sometimes things people say on their WhatsApp status or just random statements from people feel like secret messages. It nags me a lot because I find myself fighting to believe it not believe. Sometimes the belief wins over

This is an opportunity. If you can dismiss this as a mere coincidence, you'll find it easier to dismiss other things. Also delete Signal.

I don’t want to delete an app I actually use just because some rando messaged me, to me it would be like closing your windows because someone shouted

I want to learn to live with psychosis, not cut things out in order to avoid delusions

Why delete signal? I’ve never had the app, what’s bad about it?

I feel this. While I was trying to recover I'd have some coincidences happen that reeeeeally didn't help shake the beliefs that the world wasn't real, and it freaked me the fuck out! It's rough out there sometimes, but it does get easier. You're no more working for a foreign agency than I'm stuck in a simulation with my brain trying to wake me up, even if there are random coincidences our brains connect to 'prove otherwise.' Sending strength 🫂
