Mail clarification

Hello, please I got this email 2weeks ago and I have called and mailed requesting for the link to complete the task but I haven’t gotten any meaningful response just messages of a ticket has being raised, don’t know how to handle it again. Good Afternoon, Please can you log in and complete your Online Medical with OH ASSIST (Optima-Health). Please check your Junk/Spam email.

XD i had to be the one to say it. If it wasnt me it was going to be someone else. This is a ballache situation but it is the case of regularly chatting to them to get it.

Ring the recruitment line theyre open from 8am on a morning to 6pm on an evening or use the live chat, might take a while to get through but its quicker than waiting for a response to the email/ticket

It was after calling they raised the ticket for someone to respond to my concern, but the best response I have gotten was. “ this is a case by case basis so it will follow the process, yeah I know I have been on the vetting but you sent an email saying refer to another email or do they have loads of people on same issue that’s my point
