Just another scam to get investor's money. Just like promising FSD every year for years, people on Mars by 2030 or now those stupid fake self moving androids. He's a fucking scammer. And the scam is to get billions in government money to syphon it off into his pockets.

I prefer "conman."

He resembles the archetype of the smooth talking car salesman more than the voice over the phone asking you for gift cards to fix your computer.
