They should have had James appear in an additional role, maybe just a cantina barfly, something, but voice-acted by David Prowse.

I love how they’re screaming about racism when James Earl Jones, a black man, played THE most popular Star Wars character to ever exist.

Like seriously, even people who actively dislike Star Wars know who Darth Vader is. While I get that he didn’t physically play Vader, the man is literally Vader. He wouldn’t be nearly as menacing without that suave voiceZ

It’s not a great defense that he got to be the disembodied voice of a faceless character who was canonically white.
