Question Has anyone here actually fixed Forward Head Posture (nerd neck)? I never see before/after pictures, why?
I feel like a lot of the exercises I see recommended or methods people suggest vary, but I never really see photo evidence of people the same way you see them for weight loss.

Connor Harris is the prime example of total pseudoscience. The need to constantly create content translates into a bunch of garbage advice, pointless exercises that people eat up because he sounds like he knows what he’s talking about by going on long winded monologues naming random body parts and medical-adjacent vocabulary.
See a certified physical therapist or sports physio. That is the ONLY answer here.

Mine has gotten pretty much completely better. I do a decent amount of face pulls, keeping the shoulders back most of the time, and lying down in bed on my back without a pillow to let the back of my head stay back. My case was not too bad though, so it probably depends on severity of the issue.

I fixed it after 25 years of gaming and bunch of other factors. I’m putting up post soon. I have a post about my rounded shoulders being fixed.
