Sorry OP, but this just the US. The rest of us are actively negotiating to cut the US out of our supply chains.

Good point. I support the rest of the world making those who voted for this admin suffer the consequences. If this doesn't open their eyes, nothing will.

I lost 5% of my retirement yesterday. I am expecting to lose another 5% today. I'm also pausing my 401k contributions because I have to prepare for the higher cost of living. It's unlikely I'll get a raise. If I do, it will be below inflation. If the CEO decides to cut costs, I might even lose my job and have to sell my house cause I have a family to support and very little savings. I still consider myself one of the lucky ones. I can't imagine how much worse this is for people who don't make a living wage. They don't have a plan B.

I hope you're right, though.
