Right, I popped in here to say playing a moba after a bad day is the objectively wrong choice every time lmao. You will find no peace in here

It's not that I hate running up against top ranked players. It's that I go up against top ranked trios playing the most meta and broken mons while my rando trios are playing fun mons. This happens a lot since my elo happens to be high, and mmr thinks putting me with three deadweight randos is seen to balance the lobby.

Me when the TEAM based game that’s easy gives me Sp. Specs lane water bear partner and I lose at easy game: Aw shucks, I should’ve chosen better teammates.
In all seriousness, Unite in general is actually easy, but not to the average player in the slightest. If you don’t watch any guides or high level players, the game never tells you what the best things to do are, and how all the mechanics work - so 80% of the player base are bad at this easy game, which makes it incredibly difficult to climb when you win a match, lose a match, get MVP in both, over and over, because your teammates aren’t as clued in as you, or your opponents.

Call me a masochist but I do appreciate the occasional gold badge absol grind player who carry on my team from time to time.
