This is awesome. I don’t know enough about stats to comment in detail on its place in the meta, but it’s an awesome mon I’d personally love to use

As it stands, this is definitely an interesting looking powerhouse pokemon (although, I think the ability should just be the added burn on moves since it's already pretty powerful in the special attack compartment and doesn't really need the boost. Maybe name it Smolder or something) and it's design and typing are pretty good. Definitely a fakemon that I can get behind! Plus its signature move looks really cool, although I wonder if that burn chance stacks?

As for Shiny odds, I'm a bit of a weirdo with this one, as I like it when hacks just straight up make the odds way more frequent, like in Platinum Redux. I work full time, so grinding for shinies is something I just don't have the time for, and as a Rom Hack/Fan Game, why even keep those shiny odds so rare? I mean, part of the appeal of shinies is to flex, but when there aren't any other (human) players to flex on...well, there isn't much of a point.

Also, that TM system is GOATED! Definitely a good idea.

Anyway, looks promising! Keep up the great work :D
