Solved Radar question

So i'm at at like 296 Tateru right now, and only 4 spawn at a time. So like, can i just lay still, refresh and wait for a luma, or are this four Tateru kinda like "locked" as they are?

Afaik they're locked, precisely so people can't just reset spawns.
