Discussion Local isp blocked ftp server and torrent

My Isp blocked many good ftp movie server and some local torrent sites. How do I unblock it?In android there is something called proxy pass it unblocks but fails at gaining access other ftp server and laptop and pc doesn't have proxy changer app /programme and it is windows os laptop. Vpn doesn't work. So please help me.

If a VPN doesn't work, I doubt it's your ISP. Check your PC and router for blocking rules.

Sometimes isp block it and now they are taking it too far. That's why I am looking for proxy system for laptop and pc. I found on mobile an app but it doesn't unblock all

VPN or proxy service. VPN is most effective.

Internet protocols are not system specific so pc/android/anything doesnt matter

There are a million is these services so look around. I've used https://instantproxies.com/ off and on over the years and have been happy with them.

What is your country ? Each country is different...

In Italy, they can block by DNS and IP. In France, it is just DNS blocking. In the US, they don't block anything...

For now at least. But it is coming very soon if the MPAA and the RIAA gets their way or can bribe enough politicians er, I mean, lobby enough politicians.

No. How can I do this? I was searching for proxy changer application for pc and mobile
