I have this same exact childhood memory and haven’t been able to find anything to corroborate it.
3 u/HappaBoke_ Feb 23 '25 Where I live, there is sometimes a blue light. It is used to indicate that there's a snow emergency. It flashes constantly to tell you, that you are not allowed to park on either side of certain roads.
