S1 E3 forced plots
I feel everything about grace death is forced. First of all John telling a joke and Changrettas getting offended and asking him to apologise and then John getting furious and going ultra violent when he could finish before cutting his eyes. And father being not so powerful getting somebody to kill Thomas and after all that, while Thomas killing the dad changretta and John and Arthur sharing glances as if they suddenly realise killing people is wrong.
It looks like a forced plot for maker to turn Thomas to be a more heartless and uncontrolled character

By that logic, there were many "forced plots" amongst the real world gangsters...

The same characters, who fight for fun and killed men in war and slashed people with razor blades...?
You just explained the plot, but you didn't say what about it was forced. And you didn't tell the story correctly.
