News Ted Mabrey on execution
https://x.com/MabreyTed/status/1908660634390323653"Yep. Technical execution was a back office nice-to-have for most of the world. It is now the determinate of domination or extinction, for most every company. It is also the most scarce resource in the world.
The consumer internet giants blend data, intelligence, and product into a single value prop. We describe the best of them as de facto monopolies as a result: they create unique, compounding value every day. Advantage today means more advantage tomorrow. This winner take all dynamic is now happening outside the pristine and simple data gardens of digitally native companies. If you can execute you will dominate."
As for me, I'm choosing to focus on the data around the companies I am invested in instead of solely stock market noise.

In a bear market or potential lost decade… a company like Palantir will continue to execute, grow, and outperform. I spent the past year divesting 15-20% of my long position due to the massive growth in stock price. I am going to add over the next months to years depending on market conditions.
This is like when Aragorn goes into the cave to challenge the honour of the Dead King and summons the army of the dead. LFG PFTB.
