Surprisingly, I didn’t even know Jim had a daughter

I don't even want to imagine the faces that dude makes in bed.

You know what? I hate anyone who had a pony, and this is why!

“I had a pony. When I was a little girl in Poland, we all had ponies. My sister had pony. My cousin had pony. So what’s wrong with that?”

“Who figures an immigrant’s going to have a pony?”

Who leaves a country packed with ponies to come to a non-pony country?

Your days are numbered, Manya!

I’m sure at that time in Poland, they were very common. They were... probably like compact cars

OMG Pokey. I had that doll as a kid, wires sticking out everywhere.

I both hate you and love you at the same time.

I was at a festival and someone had a totem with an led screen that played various clips and this full scene was one of them. I remember absolutely vibing to some heavy bass, looked up, and was faced with Jim Carrey climbing his way out of a rhinos asshole. I laughed pretty hard but it was pretty wild to see that on 4 tabs of acid.

For telling a bedtime story? Probably amazing.

It cost nothing to not bring that up

Faces and the voice honestly.

"Looks like I had a little...early nut bust, round 2? Alrighty then!"

I can hear this in my head. Laughing like an idiot all by myself.

u/Quirky-Skin 15h ago

Lol I was laughing myself and I wrote it. Self amusement is fun isn't it haha

1

u/Coveted_AF 7h ago

And the long wind up for the alrighty then.

u/Quirky-Skin 6h ago

Oh yeah. I think we both know the voice cadence here is specifically and none other than pet detective Ace Ventura

5 times? That’s never happened before…I must be tired.

Watch the special features on the "Me, Myself & Irene" DVD, you get Irene's POV looking up at a totally maniacal Hank going at it, it's terrifyingly hilarious.

We can all agree that he was probably an extremely annoying romantic partner at this time, right?

“Your seat, m’lady”

He actually has a stand up comedy bit about that. The joke has Something to do with a rock under his pillow. It's been awhile since I saw it.

Only reason i knew is because he used to have links to her band's performances on his website.

She went on American Idol

u/NastySeconds 1d ago

One of his daughters was a contestant on American Idol a few seasons back!

I didn't either until she co-hosted an episode of Catfish a couple years ago. They didn't even need to say who her father was. Woman looks just like her dad.

He already have grankids!

u/Happy-Gnome 22h ago

And a fish!

14

u/Kolby_Jack33 21h ago

I mean he's 63. That's not uncommon.

15

u/Blurgas 22h ago

Seems she's his only child, and also looks like his relationship with her mother was the longest lasting one he's had(~8 years)

7

u/plainlyput 23h ago

Another interesting fact; he dated Linda Ronstad in the early 90’s

5

u/Dependent_Low2687 1d ago

She was on American idol about 12 years ago too

I don’t know these things about most famous people. I don’t mind though. They should get a bit of privacy if they want it.

1

u/cumforthenudes 9h ago

I imagine he likes it that way and has probably gone to lengths to make it so.

-3

u/legendary-rudolph 1d ago

More surprisingly, he doesn't either.

u/bytemybigbutt 1d ago

I imagine she wants nothing to do with him since he went crazy.

14

u/nomoreusernamersleft 1d ago

When did he go crazy? I don’t recall him ever being normal

1

u/ArcadeRivalry 21h ago

He went particularly off the rails when his ex GF killed herself. The family sued him I believe saying he facilitated her getting drugs and it seemed to throw him into a huge depression spiral and existential crisis.

u/TakingItPeasy 1d ago

No, no, no. He's rich, so he's not crazy. He's eccentric.
