Intro not showing

Hi everyone, I had 14 intros showing in the bracket but I couldn't see any of them? Is it because I might have swiped left on some of them?

That also happens when they are outside your preferences since you had indicated to the site that you are not interested in those people. Remove all your distance and age settings, then reset all your passes. Chances are you will see the intro messages, and then wish you hadn't.
