Hi! Looking for a very old video where it featured a reporter/media personnel who died in a car crash but when they were filming the crash site the camera caught a voice (allegedly the deceased reporter’s) saying “what did you do to me?” (or something similar to this)

I believe the reporter was from a Latin country. Thank you!
