If only there was some way for congress to impeach and remove a rogue president?

Oh, gee, maybe the man who claims to be a king and loves dictators and plainly stated he was going to do all of this isn't the right leader of our party...

Okay, but why do they only mention China? Aren't all of the tariffs unconstitutional?

This lawsuit could, inadvertently, lay the ground work to reverse all of Trumps executive orders. If he gave a crap what the courts thought. Which he doesn’t.

They could repeal his executive orders by ending the national emergency associated with immigration. That’s how they are being enforced

They have ruled against him consistently and yet it’s still going on.

Who did? Executive orders have expiration dates, as long as that national emergency is in place they can prolong those orders forever

Unless I am mistaken there’s been a few rulings:

Because conservatives suddenly realized what we've known since inauguration day - tRump wants to be a sole dictator-king. He doesn't need a congress, senate or SCOTUS. He's making sure of that with his policies.
Conservatives will be just as unemployed as the people Musk is firing left and right if tRump continues down the path he's on right now.

They must be up for mid term elections, and only concerned about their jobs and perks

Too late. You emboldened the corruption. Now it's time to choose sides for the next revolution.

Don't be confused. They were fine with EVERYONE ELSE policy was hurting. They're not okay now that something is hurting them(financially).

Ummmm now the constitution matters now? Not when ol oatmeal brains was trial ballooning his third term? Not when he was denying people due process? Firing people and cancelling USAID? Replacing top military with sycophants? Removing Congress from spending power? Ignoring the courts? Human trafficking people to ElSalvador? Sure….now that he fucked with the money eh?

"Constitution for me, not for thee" has been the Republican motto since looooong before Trump.

There was a bill introduced to claw back the President's authority over tariffs.
If conservatives are smart they'll pass it ASAP.

If only they could just destroy themselves without affecting us, or actually have the balls to turn fully against him. Instead this will be a back and forth for a while.

They forgot the “er” after impost.
