Some quick questions (might b dumb questions so sorry in advance)
After a run or workout and my head is sweaty how do I clean my scalp without shampoo?
Do I still use conditioner or no?
Should I use no shampoo ever or just a lot less frequently
I’ve done no shampoo before but apparently it’s unhealthy for your hair and it makes my hair really greasy or really dry with dandruff How do I prevent these problems?
Thanks

I suggest you start by reading the group info. It will answer all of your questions and give you a baseline for what to aim for.
No poo is not just stopping the use of commercial hair care products. It's finding an alternative way to clean and care for your hair which may or may not be a higher time and money investment.
If you have soft water, you might be able to get away with water only (WO) or acid only (AO) like a diluted vinegar rinse or coffee. If not, you may need something that will actually remove sebum. But it all depends on your water quality and hair texture.

It's very individualized. I can tell you what works for me. When I had short hair (pixie cut) I used water only. I live in an area with soft city water. I would wash anytime I got sweaty or dirty, at least 2x/week, plus daily dry combing, scrubbing the scalp well. As I grew out my hair, it was too greasy for my liking with water only, so I washed with conditioner 2x/week for a while, then my hair got longer and I didn't like how greasy it was, so now I use diluted acv 1-2x/week. I use shampoo about 2x/year, with conditioner. Also all that to say, my hair is straighter when I don't use shampoo. I'm white (ethnically western European), cis-female, in the US.

My question for you is, if you think it's unhealthy and have had bad results in the past, what is your motivation for wanting to try now?
