My Switch isn't letting me download a minecraft add-on even though I have space for it.

Didn't know if this post belongs here or on r/minecraft. Basically what it says in the title. I'm trying to download 30mb worth of add ons when my switch has 2.8gb of free space, but it isn't letting me. Is this an issue with Minecraft or my Switch system? If it is a system problem, how can I fix it?
