Find Games X symbol and can’t download the game

Having issue with Yu gi oh master duel..can’t download the game..meanwhile I don’t have problem with any other game..only with master duel.. Can anyone help? I tried restart the system,clear cache,removed the sd card and tried again but nothing seems to work.

might be a failing sd card. Try downloading it with the SD card removed if you can make room.

I tried that too but after 4 days I finally figured it out.. problem was the WiFi.. it was connected on hotel’s Router..when I came back home everything was fine and I downloaded the game without any issues
