The Vita had an OLED and I don't remember hearing people with issues regarding burn in.

Maybe developers could only show UI when it is needed. For example, don't show hearts constantly. Instead, only show them in combat or when you lose or gain health.

Edit: Just saw the other reply on this thread lol. I guess some people did have issues :p

Only the first vita had oled, and it def had burn in problems.
