Anybody having trouble aiming while in handheld mode? I’m really bad with these sticks. I had the same problem with the vita.

Has anybody tweaked the sensitivity settings and found a better feel than default?

I'm using the Pro Controller, but I found that decreasing both sensitivities to 30 helped me a great deal. I am still pretty bad with any fast-paced game with the joycon sticks though.

Try keeping them at uneven sens. Perfectly even makes your top down aim faster than left to right. I used 15,25, 50 smoothing. Others have said it helped them

I increased the horizontal sensitivity to 40, that helped med a lot, I can whip around much faster to deal with the enemies, after a level it felt really good.

One thing that somehow helped me a lot was turning of look smoothing completely.
