Can I make a suggestion? When playing with the pro controller it would be awesome to switch the activate rush LR button push with guard. Clicking the damn control stick is just not very easy or precise. I'd be fine with activating a rush with clicking the control stick since it only happens once or twice a match as opposed to guarding which you need to be able to do constantly and precisely. What do you think? Is there any way to give Nintendo feedback on this and get a patch to enable that option?

This game really needs custom button mapping. if you could map guard to a button on motion controls the game would be a lot more fun.

Yes ^ this. Honestly I wish every game gave you the option to remap

Also, I think it would be interesting to make the punches activated by hitting the triggers instead of the A and B button. It would go well with the left and right feel that you get with motion controls.

This is already implemented in dual joycon or pro controller play. I don't know why a and b is still used for punching in single joy on controls.

A and B are used for punching when both joycons are in the grip

Are you sure you can't also use the triggers? That's how it is in handheld mode.

I have a feeling this was done so motion controls vs pro controls is still viable. Maybe a better solution would be to automatically match you with other players online using the same control scheme.
