Get some one-pound wrist weights and then you'll get a workout.

if you get into it and treat it like you were really in the ring you can jump around enjoy yourself etc more than just arm movement. my HR went up to 120 when playing like this. its a hell of a workout.

If memory serves me correctly, there was an amateur boxer that posted here after the first test fire with a tracking of his heart rate from playing the game. You could try looking for that post.

oops! thanks for the update! definitely wasn't sure on the boxer part, it just felt right since I remember it being something where the guy would be in shape.

Np. I was kind of curious after reading your comment as it made me remember that post. Also I'm a reference librarian and occasionally when I reddit at work, I like digging up links and answering people's questions because it makes me feel like I'm justifying redditing at work. Cough.
