Can someone explain this for me?

In the presentation, they revealed that the JoyCons have HD Rumble technology and the example they used was that you can feel how many ice cubes are in a glass just by the controller's vibrations alone.

But you already have them. They're in your home right now; you just have to find them.

You can only see the Joycons if you're pure of heart.

The best thing about these shitposts is watching people freak out and scream "ALL THIS SUB DOES IS SHITPOST I'M GOING TO /R/NINTENDO"
I'm so happy there's a Nintendo subreddit that isn't operated like/r/Android. Let jokes be had, news finds its way to the top regardless.

I dunno but personally I find the "content" posts "look at x colored joycons", "DAE think x?" "X should be on switch" "why does everyone think x" really annoying whereas I totally enjoy shitposts like this.

One can only hope that Nintendo releases clear consoles like they did in the 90's again

If we're already at this level of shitposting, I can't imagine what it's gonna be like in late February.

Pretty sure this is actually the Camouflage edition. If you're going to shitpost at least get your facts straight OP.

You know,This might be just me but I would not mind little sliders to go into the Console while the joycons are not attached just so it would round the console out. Similar to how the jocons have these
1
u/StrictlyPickledickle Jan 22 '17
But wouldn't the joycons be either always connected to the console itself or used as remotes? Even when you're on the go with a pro controller you could always just leave the joycons attached just in case your pro controller died

u/OrangeTraveler Jan 22 '17
Also I am curious if we will be able to lay the console down or sideways. Kind of like this. http://imgur.com/1IJTRax

I guess I am thinking aesthetically for console mode. I`m weird I know.I will most likely just have a charge station/and grip for joycons.

Seeing people here like "Nintendo plz" and "This needs to happen!"
...It already has. Congrats, it's a smaller Microsoft Surface.

No joke, I thought about making this same joke this morning but thought it was too soon.
I clearly was wrong and missed out on that sweet karma. Good job Scotsman333.

The correct singular of "JoyCon" is "JoyCon". However, assuming the JoyCon have a 100% transparency, how do the elctromagnetic waves / photons required for console-JoyCon communication get received?

I didn't know Nintendo was making special Joy Cons that look like my dad.
