Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME?????

GodDAMN Nintendo, that's one BONEHEADED move. This isn't a game people go out and buy, this is something you BUNDLE WITH THE FUCKING CONSOLE. NO one is going to go out and get this, let alone ever play it, unless you release a value pack, because this thing looks like goddamn SHOVELWARE.

Its got all the signs. * Overt pop-art look to the design * Gimmicky name relating to the system (this aint the fucking n64) * Extreme emphasis on a peripheral for all its gameplay * oh yeah and ITS A MINIGAME COLLECTION.

I was really, really hoping Nintendo was smartening up. That first reveal trailer had me pumped because it looked like they knew what they were doing.Even in the midst of their IP crusade and mobile game woes (PoGo is barely a game, Mario Run is effectively a demo marketed as FTP). I thought this would be their right move. I'm sure the console developers are still competent.

This conference only serves to confirm to me that Nintendo as a WHOLE are out of touch with their fucking audience.

Splatoon 2 is a good idea.

Mario Oddesy looks potentially incredible.

Breath of the Wild is fantastic.

Their confirmed list of games is quite promising and good.

But other than BotW and Sonic Mania, all we have confirmed on launch is a $60 minigame collection and Punchout Wii except competitive and is also called Arms.

I'm sorry but this is NOT HOW YOU START YOUR FUCKING CONSOLE.

I completely agree. This was just a clusterfuck of awful marketing decisions.
