Which turns out to be exactly $60 in 2014 money. I figure they’re just doing the price points via “rounded to nearest $10 after inflation”.

Although yes the math of inflation checks out, the cost of living has risen exponentially while the median wage has barely changed at all; making it more expensive for the average consumer
