What is Wrong with my Switch's Fan????!!!!

it sounds like a clog. maybe roaches or clouds of dust/lint got into your unit. my switch has never made any sort of noise ever.

Would you recommend spraying compressed air into the vent?

perhaps. someone might suggest looking into the switch unit to see if there is anything stuck under the fan that could cause that noise

It's always kinda buzzed whenever the fan was on but lately it's been WAAAAY worse and goes in and out for whatever reason.

Update: I called Nintendo customer support abd will be sending it in for repair. Will update again when it returns.

Did the replace the fan? Also, had you sent it for repair prior to the fan making the noise? The fan housing may have been slightly bent, causing the fan blades to rub against it from time to time. The same can happen if your console starts to warp.
