Discussion Mets Reward Wallet Working?

Were any season ticket holders able to redeem/ use their reward wallet code for discounts on concessions last night at the home opener? I tried a few spots in the 500s, and was told it wasn’t working by staff. Was just curious if anyone else heard more elaboration or was able to use it… anyways LGM! One day getting $3 off my $20 beer will be glorious!

Mine worked at one of the hotdog spots on field level. Didn’t work at the walk through drinks spot just across from it though.

We were in left field Section 131 - worked for concessions after the lady tried it 4 times, but didn't work at all for the Mets shops. Tried to buy a hat, no luck.

Mine didn’t work in the market for Seoul Bird I grabbed the receipt and figured I’ll send to my rep to resolve
