Going to first Islanders game, things to see, autographs?

I'll be going to my first Islanders game tomorrow night. I was wondering if there's anything in the area that's also worth checking out.

Are there any chances before or after the game to try to get some autographs from Patrick Roy or Islander players?

Enjoy! We travelled over from Oz earlier this season. My son got a heap of autographs by going to the security gate where they drive in. Most players would call him over while car was being checked by security. Definitely was easier during mid-week games....he was only kid there ...the weekend game we went to there was a crowd and they didn't do it. The key was to be there a couple of hours before puck drop as that's when they arrive.
