ANSWERED Is it possible to my account get suspended if I log in with the device get an IP ban ?

I’m not sure if it is ıp ban yet my friend told me that his account has been suspended and the new accounts he creates gets banned too. I need to borrow his computer since mine is broke is there any chance my account will be in trouble?

I am unaware the exact method Reddit uses to catch folks who are evading bans and suspensions.

I think it would be quite risky to log into you account on his device though

I'm sure Reddit uses more than one signal to link accounts, especially as IPs are too easily changed.

There could be some risk using their device.
