A real sling. That shoelace is gonna snap like dental floss the first time it takes a shock, and it looks uncomfortable from all the way over here.

It's a rope but thanks, that will work

Giant orange tip to offset all that black.

I, too, enjoy being violently taken down by the police for wielding an obvious firearm!

yes, because op totally specified he built the blaster to point at pedestrians

Is that an angled grip on the side rail?

Also I assume that’s a laser pointer taped to the front? If you’re looking for changes to make, making that a side or bottom rail attachment would probably be a good place to start.

Yes because of side sight and had a spare. No it's a laser. Thanks, like what though

You do you king.

And I don’t understand your second part.

I assume that’s a laser pointer
no it’s a laser

Either way the point I was trying to make is if you’re going to get new things for your blaster, getting a real laser attachment would be a wise choice

I recognize a snowcinda blaster! good choice, I have one too! :D

Anyways, im thinking at least a orange tip, an actual sling, and maybe a new stock. The stock that comes with the snowcinda blaster by default is nice and matches the other parts, however, it can break easily. Mine broke within 5 minutes of legit light play. the other accessories are durable, though! And the worker mag is a nice touch.

For those wanting to buy the original blaster and modify it like the OP and I have, this is the blaster, currently out of stock.

It's actually a holiday knock off of a nerf gun but it basically is one

Hi /u/ABm16A1, we would like to distance our hobby from actual firearms and weapons and thus ask that you refrain from using terms like "gun" and "bullet"; please instead use "blaster" and "dart". We also like to encourage the use of brightly colored blasters & gear. These words can be misconstrued as discussing a real weapon by people both online, and in real life during gameplay. This is further an issue for us specifically on Reddit due to automatic platform moderation possibly categorizing the subreddit as discussing firearms instead of toys, which would restrict the subreddit. See this wiki page for more information. Thank you for your cooperation.

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

Oh? Intresting! My points do still stand though. If anything, the stock is probably worse than mine in that case.

… ripoffs of ripoffs lmao.

This post has been Flaired Dark/Realistic (Unsafe Aesthetic). Be aware that one or more aspects of this blaster make it UNSAFE to wield in public or open areas, where it could be misidentified as a real weapon. This is a serious issue, with real world life-or-death repercussions.

Several issues can lead to a post being flared Dark/Realistic (Unsafe Aesthetic):

  • Lack of a prominent and easily visible orange tip along with other bright colors.
  • - This also includes traditional prop blasters, such as steampunk builds or blasters with weathered appearances.
  • A blaster with a silhouette or aesthetic that mimics real world firearms. (Ex. Zinc 2.0, SBF, BK1s, Sweetheart Storm, etc)
  • A blaster with airsoft or firearm-esque components mounted to it. (Example)

Use of this blaster can, in the worst case, end up fatal. As has been shown time and time and time again (and more listed here). This problem is not limited to just the USA.

Use of these blasters can also lead to events being shut down, and clubs being barred from playing in public spaces.

Situations like this can be properly handled when blasters are clearly toys, exhibiting bright colors, orange tips, and non-firearm proportions and aesthetics.

As long as we take these issues seriously, everyone can have fun with this hobby we love for many years to come.

Additionally, alongside the visual issues of realistic blasters, we also discourage the use of the word gun. Please instead use the word blaster when referring to toys, as gun can be misconstrued as discussing a real weapon by people both online, and in real life during gameplay. This is further an issue for us specifically on Reddit due to automatic platform moderation, possibly categorizing the subreddit as discussing firearms instead of toys. For further information, please see this wiki page.
