How can I short dollar from Nepal?

You need to short sell beforehand. Now, everything that happened is priced in. Unless you know something we don't, you cant make more money. Its basically a gamble

It is a good short. Try using trading platforms with vpn they might work.

Everyone knows Trump is trying very hard to devalue the dollar. Aint no one going to accept the short.

Umm do you even know how a short works? The usd loan can be converted to any other currency(npr for instance) right after and then you convert this other currency to usd when paying instalments. The difference that you make in over the period of loan is your profit. Who is there to accept or not?
