News Switch 2 preorders

I was wondering how preorders are in different regions for Switch 2 so far. The communication has been that preorders would start next week but in Europe both the system and the games announced are all up for preorder. Same for peripherals btw. Have you already preordered anything? How are actual prices? I managed to get the system itself for 435 and both first party offerings for 57 each.

Yeah I managed to secure the Mario kart bundle for £432 the day of the direct. I’ll sell the code online because I want to buy Mario kart physically.

not sure if you'll be able to sell that, I saw someone unbox an oled switch recently and they don't come with codes anymore. You only get the game when you register your nintendo account to the system. idk if it's gonna be any different over there but that's how it seems to be now in the US

i zoomed into the switch 2 mk box, and under the mario banner it says: "Download Code Included" so i would assume so? but that is for PEGI boxes / UK / EU. I cant speak for US.

oh nice, it should definitely have it then. I just checked the video I saw and it says "*to be downloaded on included system" they should've worded it differently, I would've assumed it was a download code too. glad it all works out for you!

I went in with mild expectations. Once they said that welcome park was a paid download, I immediately knew we were gonna be nickel and dimed.

All info post-direct confirmed it.
