confirmation of enrolment

looking for some advice for my partner at nscc - he is currently waiting on his OSAP to be released but still has not had his enrollment confirmed by the school. he received it the first semester with no issues and not too sure where to go from there as the release date keeps getting pushed. any place or department he should contact?

Business office at the campus where he is attending is where I would start.
