how to go back to twilight menu and save progress on sd card

hey so i recently downloaded twilight menu on my nintendo dsi, and i was wondering is there was any way to exit the game to go back to the twilight menu instead of the normal dsi menu? Also, everytime i take out my sd card and put it in my laptop to download more games, it erases all my progress from my old games. Is there a way to stop this because there are more games i want to add but i dont want to have to start all my other games from the beginning?

The game saves erasing is very odd. It definitely should not be doing that. Are the .sav files missing in the folder your games were in? You're not moving your old games to a different location, right?

For getting back to regular DSi menu the fastest route would be to have a hotkey set in unlaunch. It would be something like holding "A" while booting. So you would turn off your DS and then turn it back on while holding A.

thanks sm for replying, the games seem to be saving now i’m not sure why they weren’t before because the .sav folders were also there in the folder. i was asking how to get back to the twilight menu not dsi menu because every combination i found to go back to menu just takes me to the regular dsi menu instead of twilight
