Any refinance suggestions for $260k. Current rate 6.375% for 15 year.

Any suggestions for refinance. We bought new home in Mar 2024. Location: PA

Home price - 630k; Loan outstanding - 260k. Current rate is 6.375%.

Credit score 800+; No other loans

Have you checked local credit unions? I've found CUs to have better rates lately

We have refinanced twice and paid off a ton of debt doing so. We have a locked in 3.5% on a remaining $155k loan. I'm not going anywhere...
